payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Age check:

Sale and delivery only to people over 18 years! PLEASE NOTE !!! Hand delivery: the recipient must be personally present to receive the delivery. The identity and age of the recipient are checked. A valid identity card or passport is required for this. Note: Direct delivery to post office box and packing station addresses as well as to pick-up stations (e.g. parcel shops) is not possible for these shipments. Verification failed: Either the identity of the recipient cannot be clearly established or the recipient is not yet of legal age delivery of the order is not possible

Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place in Germany (Germany) and the following countries: Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Spain.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.50 per order.

From an order value of € 100.00 onwards, we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria: € 9.95
Spain: € 12.95
Switzerland: € 14.95
Denmark: € 9.95
Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
